COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: ON MEDIUM HEAT ON AN OILED SKILLET, COOK THE CUTLET IN A 1/2 TSP OF OIL UNTIL SLIGHTLY BROWNED ON ONE SIDE AND HOT THROUGH TO 75C. FOR A MORE SUCCULENT CUTLET, ADD A FEW TABLESPOONS OF STOCK, COVER AND ALLOW TO STEAM IN THE JUICES. BE CAUTIOUS OF OVERCOOKING.
